Dr. Ruben De Groote is consultant urological surgeon with a focus on uro-oncology and robotic surgery in the OLV Hospital Aalst, Belgium. He is former senior clinical fellow uro-oncology and robotics at University College London Hospitals, London, UK. He is currently doing a PhD at KU Leuven and Orsi Academy, Melle, Belgium on the implementation of Proficiency Based Progression training for training of robotic basic surgical skills.
