Mihir Desai

Mihir Desai is a nationally and internationally recognized expert in robotic, laparoscopic and endourologic surgery. His innovative pioneering work includes novel techniques for treating ureteropelvic obstruction, developing novel exible robotic platforms and most recently the single-port (scarless “belly-button”) laparoscopic surgery for various urologic conditions. Mihir Desai is part of a team at USC that has the largest experience with single-port surgery in the world.
