Jörn H. Witt

Ass. Prof. Dr. Jorn H. Witt is Head of Robotic Urology at Goldstadt Privatklinik, Pforzheim. From April 2002 to December 2022 he was the Chair of the Department of Urology, Pediatric Urology and Urologic Oncology at St. Antonius-Hospital Gronau, where he founded one of the biggest urological departments in Germany. Dr. Witt established and leaded there also the Prostate Center Northwest, a certified Comprehensive Cancer Center for prostate cancer and a tertiary referral center for surgery in urologic oncology. After leaving Gronau Dr. Witt restructured until October 2023 as Director and Chair the Parcelsus-Klinik Golzheim in Düsseldorf, a large and well renowned hospital for urology in Germany. He is one of Europe’s leading robotic surgeons with a personal experience of more than 8000. Dr. Witt additionally is Co-Founder of the German Society for Robotic Urology (Deutsche Gesellschaft für roboterassistierte Urologie) and past president of several national and international scientific meetings.
